Selecting the correct size Hat Jack

Three sizes of Hat Jack are available:

 • Red/Small up to 6⅞ (Block width 5½" 140mm)
 • Blue/Medium 7 to 7⅜, (Block width 6” 153mm)
 • Black/Large 7½ and over (Block width 6½" 165mm)

To select the correct sized Hat Jack for your hat, either select your hat size or measure its width across the temple as shown opposite. Pick the size which is equal to, or smaller than, the width of your hat. It is important not to select a Hat Jack larger than your hat's size as it may stretch the width of the hat.
